Terms of use
1 October 2026
These terms cover your use of the EarnHub app and the service behind it. By connecting a source or signing in, you accept them.
What the service does
EarnHub reads revenue reports from providers you connect and presents them together. It does not process payments, does not move money, and does not change anything in your provider accounts. Every connection asks for read access to reports only.
Your accounts and credentials
You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to access, and you are responsible for keeping that authorisation valid under each provider's own terms.
Keep the keys you issue safe. When you disconnect a source, also revoke that key in the provider's console — a key can only be revoked where it was issued.
The figures are estimates
The amounts shown are the providers' own reported figures. Providers revise them, report at different times, and settle on different schedules. The app marks a figure as estimated or incomplete where it can tell, and withholds a comparison rather than showing a misleading one.
Nothing in the app is financial, tax or accounting advice, and it should not be relied on as a record of account. Use the provider's own statements for anything that has to be exact.
Availability
The service is in private review. It is offered as it is, may change, may be interrupted, and may stop. There is no service level commitment.
Reporting depends on the providers' APIs. When a provider is unavailable, rate limits us, or changes its reports, some figures may be missing or late. The app says so where it can rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Paid plans
An optional monthly Pro subscription removes ads from real reports and unlocks the home-screen income widget. On iPhone it is sold and billed by Apple through the App Store; on Android by Google through Google Play. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling there is the only way to stop a renewal.
Deleting your EarnHub account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not delete your data. They are separate actions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reach another person's data, to work around the limits the service applies, or to use the service to break a provider's terms.
Automated access to the service outside the app is not permitted.
Your content and ours
Your revenue data remains yours. You grant only the permission needed to fetch, store and display it to you as described in the privacy policy.
The app, its design and its code remain ours. Product names belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on figures that a provider later revised.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You may stop at any time by disconnecting your sources and deleting your account. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where a provider requires it.
Governing law, changes and contact
These terms are governed by the law of the place named below.
If they change materially, the app will be updated and the date above will change. Questions can go to the contact address below.
